About AnimalKind:
Animalkind is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal shelter, a grassroots, volunteer-based organization that has been a fixture on Warrant Street in Hudson, NY for over two decades. Their Adoption Center is home to over 150 cats and kittens at any given time. One of AnimalKind’s greatest goals is to foster and strengthen the loving bond between humans and pets. This bond not only promotes the health and happiness of family pets, but it also provides well-known mental, emotional and physical benefits for their humans.
Animalkind is also passionately committed to humane programs to reverse the over-population and suffering of forgotten feral and stray felines, by providing education and adoption opportunities, spay/neuter services, and supporting feral-cat-colony caregivers. In this way and others, communities benefit from the rescue and care of cats who are living in the shadows and often suffering from lack of food and medical attention. AnimalKind is privileged to be able to do this work. Your support makes it possible. If you would like to make an additional contribution to AnimalKind, please visit their website HERE.
