In this episode, they talk about three films all released in the year 1994: the angsty The Crow, the ridiculous The Shadow and the superb (and annoying) The Mask.

Movie podcasts are great when they feel like sitting with friends after the credits roll, still picking apart the mood, music, and weird little details. The Crow has that shadowy, emotional atmosphere that sticks with people, while The Mask brings a totally different kind of chaotic charm. I like when a podcast can jump between tones and still keep the conversation flowing. Streaming access matters too, so I’d keep sling tv customer service handy if a movie night depends on finding the right channel or app. Good film talk makes old favorites feel fresh again.
